HG achieved the IiP Standard in April 1999 and has since retained its recognition following regular review and re-assessment undertaken by independent external Assessors.
HG regards training and development of its partners and staff to be of paramount importance. All new colleagues receive a comprehensive initial induction appropriate to their new role followed by regular programmes to augment their training and professional qualifications.
Individual annual appraisals enable all staff to discuss their career and training with their line manager. The high standard to which HG train their staff reflects on its very good standard of client care.
