I am a Partner in the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department here at Henriques Griffiths LLP. I specialise in drafting Wills, administering Trusts and Estates, Court of Protection work including completion and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and applications to appoint financial Deputies.

I am very lucky in that I love my job. I get to spend a lot of time speaking to individual clients at times in their lives that nobody really wants to deal with. I help them make Wills to ensure that their loved ones are provided for when they die. I make Lasting Powers of Attorney in circumstances where clients may be getting forgetful and they want to ensure that, if it should come to it, everything is in place so that their family can manage their affairs for them. I talk my clients through what happens when one of their loved ones dies and what steps they need to take to ensure that the wishes of their loved ones are carried out.

These can be some of the most stressful and emotionally challenging times of their lives, so it gives me great satisfaction to know that I lend my clients an ear to listen to them when they need it; and give them the benefit of my legal knowledge and practical experience, so that they don’t have to bear the full weight of the burden themselves.

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2004
