David Foster

I have specialised in Family Law since qualifying as a solicitor in 1988.

My experience spans the issues that can affect families. I have particular expertise in childcare matters, complicated family disputes and cases with an international element. I represent children, guardians, parents, grandparents, and foster carers, and have been involved in Court of Appeal and Supreme Court cases.

Previously I have been a Family Law lecturer and regular volunteer at a law centre, offering free advice on family issues.
