    I am a Partner in the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department here at Henriques Griffiths LLP.

    My work spans a number of areas ranging from writing tax efficient wills; administering deceased's estates; advising on the creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney; Court of Protection & mental capacity work; advising on the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney; inheritance tax planning; care home fee planning; Deeds of Variation; Declarations of Trust and the sale of residential property.

    I qualified as a Solicitor in October 2016 having previously served as an Officer in the Royal Navy.
